  I would like to recommend G8 to anyone who is looking for a room in Barnsley. all the staff was really responsive and understanding- even if it was about a small detail. After one and a half year I can say that their services are spot on. I honestly recommend them .  

  As a tenants I have to say we are extremely satisfied with the letting service we have received from G8. We have found the fees very reasonable, compared to ALL the other letting agents we approached in this area and have found the "report a repair" service extremely efficient. KINGA , our "personal property agent", has proved herself a credit to the business. Having used several letting agents since our "big move" from the South of the country I can honestly say that G8 have easily earned 5 stars from us and are definitely recommended!
