Joining G8 Property as a Lettings Negotiator, Rebecca quickly established herself as a valuable asset to the team.

Through her tireless dedication and unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, Rebecca's exceptional performance led to rapid progression within the company. Recognising her ability to go above and beyond, she was promoted to manage the portfolio in Doncaster, overseeing a wide range of properties, including numerous HMOs and single lets under full management.

In recognition of her outstanding leadership capabilities and operational expertise, Rebecca was further promoted to the position of Branch Manager in 2022. In this role, she assumed responsibility for overseeing all aspects of operations and compliance within the company. Managing a team of tenancy managers and negotiators, as well as a large team of contractors, Rebecca adeptly navigates the intricacies of maintaining high standards while ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. Reporting all KPIs and targets to the CEO, she consistently strives for excellence.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Rebecca is an outgoing and realistic individual who enjoys socialising, traveling, and meeting new people. She embraces opportunities to expand her knowledge of the property industry through reading and research, ensuring that she stays up to date with the latest trends and developments to provide an exceptional service. Additionally, Rebecca finds solace in spending quality time with her family and their beloved cockapoo, Marley, enjoying leisurely walks together.

Laura Hancock

Laura joined G8 Property this year having a strong background in the management retail sector. She is a fantastic listener and really adapts well to all situations that may arise during her working day. She is always on hand to lend an ear to any tenant that may need her help and is a very conscientious person. “For me I just love to help people where I can it gives me great work satisfaction”

Laura currently manages the Barnsley portfolio of HMO’S and single let properties alongside Kinga. Laura really enjoys seeing a new tenant find their perfect house/room and will go above and beyond to help in any way that she can. Laura also loves a challenge and wont shy away from any difficult situation she uses her calm nature to support listen and help to give a fantastic customer service.

Laura loves to socialise with her friends and spend quality time with her son.

Craig Phillips

Craig has been involved in property one way or another since 1999. Having left the army his first taste of property was in an estate agency where his brother was a branch manager. In 2016 G8 Property was formed and it has just gone from strength to strength since. Craig has given presentations at large property training companies and now offers one to ones for people starting out in the property industry.

G8 Property has won Agent Rainmaker 2022 demonstrating high standards and processes in the property management industry. As a property investor himself, a coach and mentor his vast knowledge helps others to reach their property goals. “I was shocked winning this prestigious award I felt absolutely elated and for once lost for words it’s a fantastic achievement for me and my staff at G8 Property”

He has a passion for helping homeless veterans, something he knows only two well. Working with Project Nova, he has now housed over 80 veterans and given them safe, affordable accommodation where they can get back on their feet. Having launched G8 Homes for Hero Craig hopes to expand his work with veterans through his go fund me page.
